From the city of Ancona, capital of Marche region to Porto Recanati, passing through Conero promontory, you have in a row some of the most gorgeous beaches and resorts of the Adriatic Coast. It’s the Riviera of Conero, named after Monte Conero (Mount Conero), the promontory situated directly south of the city of Ancona , the only coastal high point on the Adriatic sea from Venice to the Gargano massif in Apulia.
